The U.S. Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee accepted testimony regarding the Committee’s oversight on the state of the nation’s transmission grid, as well as the implementation of the 2005 Energy Policy Act transmission provisions, including reliability, siting and infrastructure investment. The hearing was held July 31, 2008.
